As an 18 year old, half way through writing one book, starting to write another, and taking college courses through two different colleges, I know how dead we can become in our repetitive scheduals. Right now, I'm supposed to be writing my English paper that is due Monday. (Have I mentioned I haven't started it yet?) I have another paper due at my other school, and I'm working all weekend. Oh, and my muse for my writing is no where to be found!
So, here is a quote I just found in my day planner that I thought we could all use:
"You can't wait for inspiration. You have to go after it with a club" -Jack London
I hope that helps all of you writer hopefuls, or even writers in a dead zone. It perked me up a bit, so off I go, attempting to write my paper now.. Wish me luck!
Until Next Time,
Happy Reading!
